Shipping & returns
We offer free shipping and returns anywhere in India
For international deliveries, we do charge a shipping fee that is calculated on checkout. You will be able to review this amount before paying for it.
For deliveries within India, please allow 5-7 working days for your goods to arrive.
For international deliveries, please allow 7-10 working days.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of order receipt. Returns will be entertained with a credit note. Exchanges will be undertaken subject to size availability. We do not offer refunds.
A one-time product exchange will be done free of cost. Thereafter shipping and handling charges per order shall be applied for all exchanges & return requests.
At present this return or exchange service is available within India only. We do not offer this service on international orders.
Credit codes issued are valid for 60 days and can be redeemed either directly on our website or in our stores.
If 2 or more COD orders are cancelled in a season, we will not accept any more COD orders from that customer. In this case any further orders undertaken will have to be prepaid.
We do not accept return or exchange requests for made to order, customized, personalized or monogrammed products.
Please ensure that all merchandise being returned or exchanged is returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Vanilla Moon reserves the right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.
