We accept return or exchange of any full-priced item within 15 days of receipt, and discounted items within 7 days of receipt. Returns will be processed through a credit note. Exchanges will be undertaken subject to size availability. We do not offer refunds.

A one-time product exchange will be done free of cost. Thereafter, shipping and handling charges will apply for all exchanges and return requests.

This return or exchange service is currently available within India only and is not applicable to international orders.

Credit notes issued are valid for 60 days and can be redeemed either on our website or in our stores. All credit notes issued are redeemable against both full-priced and discounted items.

If two or more COD orders are cancelled within a season, we will not accept any more COD orders from that customer. Further orders will have to be prepaid.

We do not accept return or exchange requests for made-to-order, customized, personalized, or monogrammed products.

Please ensure that all returned or exchanged merchandise is new, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Vanilla Moon reserves the right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.
