We recommend the following care instructions to prolong the life of the shoes.

Leather uppers apply a neutral leather shoes cream regularly and wipe clean with a dry soft cloth.

Embellished uppers these are hand embroidered and are therefore delicate. Please wear with caution as sequins, beads and crystals will fall off if adequate care is not taken.

Suedes and Nubucks to clean, gently brush or sponge surface to remove marks and stains. Periodic application of a waterproof spray is also recommended.

Fabric uppers use a fabric cleaner with a white cloth to clean the surface of fabric shoes.

 Heel Tips are replaceable and should be checked regularly for wear and tear and repaired by a reputed repairer when necessary.

Leather Soles are porous and should not be worm in wet conditions. Should your shoes become wet, let them dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Wet shoes and boots should not be dried y artificial heat, as this will cause irreparable damage to the natural leather.

We will return or exchange any full priced item within 15 days of receipt, and discounted items within 7 days of receipt. A onetime product exchange will be done free of cost. Thereafter shipping and handling charges per order shall be applied for all exchanges & return requests. At present this facility is only available within India. We do not offer any return or refunds on international orders.

We do not offer refunds on items bought on sale, but will issue a credit note if you are not satisfied with the purchase. The validity of the credit note will be 60 days only.

All credit notes issued are redeemable against both full-priced and discounted items. In the event of a return when a credit note has been issued, we will only offer a credit note against it again. We will not offer a refund, even if it has been redeemed against a full priced order.

Exchanges on sale items will be undertaken subject to size availability.

In the event of a customer cancelling 3 or more COD orders in a season, we will be unable to accept any more COD orders from that customer. In this case any further orders undertaken will have to be prepaid.

We are unable to offer any refund or credit note for customized, personalized or monogrammed products. (e.g.: celebrity sneakers, size 42 and size 35) since these are only made to order.

For goods being returned for refund, exchange or credit note please ensure that they are returned new, unused, and within the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that funds can take up to 10 working days to reflect on your account due to the varying processing times of payment providers.

All refunds and issuance of credit notes are subject to the management's discretion.
